In my recent ct results. 1.6cm renal adenoma(in previous ct it was adrenal adenoma)thickening of right adrenal and hepatic steatosis. prognosis?

?Typo: It sounds like there might be a typographical error in the report. An adrenal adenoma(which is benign) does not go away or turn into a renal adenoma. Moreover, a renal adenoma cannot be diagnosed by CT, it would require a biopsy to establish that. Have your doctor review the report for accuracy.
