Confirm diagnosis: Vulvar varicosities are quite rare typically occurring in the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy. When the do occur they usually resolve 6-8 weeks post partum. If you are experiencing them outside of pregnancy then an evaluation is warranted to confirm the diagnosis.

Vaginal V V: Vaginal varicose veins are relatively common and can be treated by sclerotherapy. Vaginal itching may or may not be due to the varicose veins. Itching is not a common symptom of vulva veins. You should first see your OB/GYN so see if there is another reason for the itching and, if not, then the veins can be injected.
