Maybe not: Not sure about the bump. On the outer labia small sebaceous cysts are common. If the bump has been there for a while, that is most likely the case, but probably not causing the itching. Vaginal itching is a common symptom of a vaginal infection which could include yeast or trichomoniasis. To diagnose those would require an exam and microscopic evaluation of the vaginal secretions.
