Abdominal exercise,,: Probably the best thing to do is keep working out but do abdominal exercises like sit ups and stretching exercises. Also a healthy diet and walking are great for any extra weight.

Abdominal skin/fat: A healthy diet/exercise regimen are always crucial to achieve our physical goals; however, occasionally some excess fat/skin will remain & surgery is an option. There are a variety of surgical techniques that will possibly be helpful. Non-surgical options may be but less likely. Liposuction fat removal may be best but you need to be evaluated by a plastic surgeon to get specific recommendations!
