I recently saw my doctor for pink eye and was told it's likely viral and no treatment. i have a wedding coming up. is it safe or is there any harm in using visine just for temporary cosmetic purposes?

Maybe : Visine can have a drying effect on the eyes - and as they are already irritated from the conjunctivitis, I would consider just cold compresses and maybe refresh eye drops. It also will improve in the next 2-3 days.
