Scientific Rx: I am going to assume from what you have shared that neither topical Clindamycin with benzoyl peroxide, nor a systemic antibiotic such as tetracycline 500 2x/day has given you satisfactory results. It's time for you to consider accutane, which is unpleasant and has some risks but which should clear you. Best wishes.
