My daughter is 4yrs, she has the flu and also has a cough tht doesn't stop as well as vomiting. her temper at the moment is around 35 -36.

Recommendation : Most likely your daughter has viral upper respiratory infection, not the real flu in this time of year. You can use Motrin 2 times a day, because she does not has a fever and robitussin for cough 3 times a day for week. Warm tea, lemon and honey. You really do not put the question, but may be this advice will help you
