Chronic suffer from bv. took rephresh pro-b pills but after my period it came back. now it's like the pills aren't affective. help?

BV is very tough : Unfortunately, chronic and recurrent BV is a major issue and we don't have a good response for it. If probiotics aren't helping and it keeps coming back after antibiotics, the only other good option would be trying a different antibiotic--using Clindamycin instead of Metronidazole or vice versa--or a different type of probiotic or both.
