9 months ago, i had an intravitreal injection shot for my eye. that has all settled down; however i now have an average of iop of 38.5mm hg. meds are taken to maintain. have you had any patients similar to me where iop eventually lowered after so lon?

Increase pressure: After intravitreal ocular injections of antivegef solutions the pressure will be elevated. It can return to normal after a rather short time however it can be sustained and would require treatment to get the pressure down.This not unusual and will require treatment as needed.
