Extremely low risk, with no reported cases having occurred from eye contamination with body fluids. In addition, saliva is low risk; kissing and oral sex rarely transmit HIV. Still, nobody can say the risk is zero. Immediately discuss this event with the infection control team at your hospital; they will advise next steps. Good luck.
