I have a canker sore under my gum what should i do?

Canker sore care: Eat softer foods and avoid acidly foods (soda, ketchup, tomato sauce, etc.). Rinse with warm salt water several time a day. If it interferes with eating have the. rinse (don't swallow) with a mixture of malox and liquid benadryl (diphenhydramine). They usually resolve in 7-10 days. If other cold symptoms develop then see your MD.
