See a dentist: Most soars normally heal with in seven to ten days. If your soar is still there after 3 weeks than you need to look in to it as soon as possible. Please see a Dentist or an ENT for proper examination and treatment.

Too long: Length of presence of the lesion makes me think it's not a "canker sore." Important you have lesion evaluated by your Dentist or an Oral Surgeon ASAP.
