Strep Carrier @ home: Yes I would treat it but with Cedinir or Zithromax Possible contact with strep carrier at home or in school Change toothbrush 2 -3 days post starting antibiotic, toothbrush may contaminated with strep Recheck 1-2 week post finished antibiotic If still positive strep by culture then see ENT.
