May be vasomotor: You may have a chronic, non-allergic condition called vasomotor rhinitis. This is not seasonal, not allergic, and does not really respond to anti-allergy medications such as antihistamines and intranasal steroid sprays. An anti-cholinergic nasal spray, such as ipratropium, may be beneficial. See your family doctor or ENT specialist. Best to you!
