Otrivine: Otrivine nasal spray decongests nasal membrane swelling and I see no problem in your using it to open up your nasal passages. If allergies are responsible for your nasal congestion,I assume you also take oral antihistamine medication. Do not exceed recommended dosing of Otrivine spray as rebound membrane swelling is a real possibility. Also questions can be answered by the MD who did the procedur
