Hi, i have been sick for 2 days now, dont usually get sick at all, have chills down my back, changes from being too hot then being too cold. really sore throat when coughing. have been using syrup and 500mg paracetemol! ?

Please get checked : Chills + cough may be simply influenza or some virus but it would be very important to exclude more serious infections such as pneumonia. I recommend an urgent medical assessment with GP or after hours doctor as someone needs to examine you. Please present urgently if breathing or swallowing difficulties. All the best
