See below: Many viruses cause colds and you can get them repeatedly esp. If contact with smali children. Use hand sanitizer. I recommend a decongestant either phenylephrine nose drops or spray or pseudephedrine tablets . Use them for only 3-4 days to avoid rebound phenomenon. You could also take tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain relief, throat lozenges for sore throat and Robitussin-DM for cough and you could try coldeze.

Sinusitis: With the description of symptoms and the timing I am concerned that you may have s secondary bacterial sinus infection. You should see your doctor and may need an antibiotic.
