Affected side down.: Tilt your head so that the congested ear is closest to the floor. "Clear your ears" by holding your nose & swallowing, or moving your jaw forward, or simply just waiting & letting gravity take its course. You may feel some of the peroxide water (liquid) run out the ear canal or go down your throat; in either case, your hearing should improve quickly. If it doesn't, there's always your nearby ENT.
