Ear pain: Sinus infection and ear infection can cause above symptoms. Tooth infection can cause jaw/ear pain but not nasal congestion. Severe allergies can cause earache and nasal congestion

Multiple symptoms: Lots of ideas, all with the same recommendation. Go see your General Physician, or, if you don't have one, Urgent Care (not ER). You probably have an infection, viral or bacterial, that requires the appropriate treatment. Go get help.
