Possible eustachian: tube fluid ( serous otitis media ) or inflammation, usually viral in nature. If not hypertensive you can use OTC nasal decongestant ( generic Afrin/Dristan), antihistamine ( Benadryl, Claritin or Zyrtec), followed by nasal saline nasal lavage, Wait 10-15 minutes and if not alleric, use Flonase or NsaCort) - nasal steroid mist. If these steps are unsuccessful after 1 week, see your physician.
