Inhaler: You may. Both serve the same purpose of dilating your airways. The usual dose is every 4-6 h as needed.

You may!: Is it the same medicine in the inhaler as the nebulizer? Then you can use either one,the dosages are the same. If the medicines are different, you may still use both but follow the instructions given by the doc on how often to use them.
