Can i use nebulizer instead of inhaler for immediate need? i think i'm not using my inhaler well..?

Yes, if the medication is the same class, then you can either take it as the metered dose inhaler or nebulizer treatment. If you use a spacer, you should be able to use the inhaler effectively.
