Is it better to use an inhaler or nebulizer for bronchitis?

Depends.....: Studies have shown that, when the technique is right, an inhaler is just as effective as nebulizer therapy. However, many patients are not able to use an inhaler with proper technique which makes the nebulizer more effective. The patient should use an inhaler in front of their physician to be certain of proper technique. If a person is unable to use an inhaler properly, then use nebulizer therapy!
