A member asked:

I am having a regular headache minimus trice a week from the age of 18 now i am 28 and it still contnue. is it a migrane or it other diesease?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Migraine: Ten years history of headaches, likely migraines or episodic tension type headaches. Migraine can be triggered by certain food and food additives, poor sleep, stress and hormone imbalances. The frequent use of analgesic medications for pain can also lead to rebound headaches. Check with your md for adequate diagnosis and treatment.
