? cartilage clicking: If you're referring to the outside of your throat you may be pushing on the cartilage called the Adam's Apple. Some people have anatomic variations such that the cartilage in this structure will 'click' when pushed. If you're referring to the inside of your throat, then I would be concerned about cysts, abscesses, and tonsillar swellings. If painful see your PCP.
