Sometimes throat bone pops& gets uncomfortable.i push it side to side. sounds like popping, or cracking. also sometimes sounds like fizzing in throat?

crepitus: When you move your larynx side to side, it rubs against the front of your cervical vertebrae and hence the noise. It is normal but you should not keep doing it. See an ENT doctor if you have problem with your throat!
