Analgesics: Technically, tramadol (ultram) is not an opiate (altho many feel it should be controlled like one) that gives moderate opioid-like pain relief. Otherwise there are nsaids. Which is strongest varies from person to person. Anti- depressants & anti-seizure meds r also used for certain types of pain.
