Question cut off: but please let you dentist know. I occasionally see people with severe pain and have dental problems / have undergone dental procedures. Even if their NSAID or narcotic isn't completely controlling their pain - often the addition of auricular (ear) acupuncture does the trick. This is one option you can discuss with your dentist/ oral surgeon.

Call your dentist: There should not be that much pain after a tooth extraction. You should call the dentist and let them know that you are still having a problem. Good luck.

Surgery: Just had surgery. The first 48 hours can be quite uncomfortable. Perhaps there are other medications that will help, such as a different analgesic. Have you been using cold compresses? If there was an infection present at the time of extraction antibiotics may be required. Call you Dentist. We can't prescribe for you, he/she can.
