Extract them: If you have to take that much narcotic pain medication for relief, you need to have your wisdom teeth extracted as soon as possible. Call the dentist and get it scheduled.

No: Assuming you are relatively healthy, having all your wisdom teeth out at once is not bad for you especially since they are symptomatic. Taking vicodin for long periods of time, on the other hand, can be bad for you.
