No trauma, no arthritis anywhere else. x ray taken due to right hip pain when walking. i think it's a nerve problem as the pain will go down my leg.

Further evaluation: You may be correct; it may be a nerve issue. However, without further history and a physical examination, it's hard to determine. Please see your local PCP or be referred to a neurologist to be further evaluated to localize the issue, and create a diagnostic and treatment plan.
