I have access to azithromycin not to flagyl at this moment i get reoccurring bacterial vaginitis or vaginosis (difference?) and a uti will it help?

It will not help: bacterial vaginosis.. You need flagyl or clindamycin for that. It will not help a UTI. You need bactrim or cipro (ciprofloxacin) for that.
