Rhinitis, fever: This could represent the early manifestation of a viral upper respiratory infection. If symptoms increase suggest you see your doctor early.

Many things: Likely a cold or upper respiratory infection. Would treat symptomatically with panadol and brophen and decongestants and see how it goes. If you feel unwell see your doctor.

Viral URTI: This sounds like an upper respiratory tract infection commonly caused by viruses. Fevers, chills, congestion, runny nose are are typical symptoms of the common cold. If the symptoms persist for more than a week or if the symptoms worsen rather than improve over time, you need to see your GP to rule out a bacterial cause of the infection.
