Statin myopathy: Statin myopathy is musculoskeletal pain with elevation of CPK ( an enzyme) assoc with use of statins. CPK is elevated so you can easily check . May be due to an effect on synthesis of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10, which is important role in muscle cell energy production. Sometimes changing statin or taking CoQ10 helps.
