Needs some help: Most public school systems within the us have speech therapists on contract to provide services to those with speech and language disorders. Drill work on word attack skills will help this kid progress.This is facilitated by the kids acquiring some understanding of written words and learning to sound out words with phonic interpretation.Toddler speech is based on mimicry & often ends up garbled.
