Please see details : First line treatment of h. Pylori consist on a combination of two antibiotics (clarithromycin and amoxicillin) and a proton pump inhibitor like prilosec. All these medications are safe during pregnancy.

H Pylori & pregnancy: If doctor is certain there is no ulcer and symptoms can be controlled with antacids such as tums, (calcium carbonate) maybe able to hold off on treatment until child is born. Treatment for h pylori is considered to be generally safe in pregnancy.
