A member asked:

Please can you tell me some symptoms of h - pylori , cause i'm taking 300 mg ranitidine every day but my stomach still burning and pain in my chest?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Reflux: The burning in the chest is probably due to acid reflux, and this can be a result of H. pylori infection. You need to be seen and tested for this organism and treated if indicated. See a GI doctor. Best wishes and hope this clears up soon.
