May just be: asymmetry. None of us are totally symmetric. If you are concerned, a physician can confirm if this is a normal finding.

Asymmetry is normal: Asymmetry is normal but. Without an examination can't tell to what degree of asymmetry there is. Best to see your PCP for exam and evaluation
