Cyst or lymph node: It need to be checked by your doctor.It may be a cyst oe a lymph node or a tumor.So have it checked with ypor medical provider.

See a Doctor: Without more history and examination, it is pretty hard to tell you what is going on. The possibilities range from an infectious process to cancer to muscle or TMJ problems. Best to see an ent(ear, nose and throat) specialist or possibly a dentist or oral surgeon.

Need exam: This is the area of the parotid gland. Could be a parotid tumor, or lymph node, or enlargement of TMJ. See ENT doc for exam.
