Get an eval: Tough to say what that could be. possibly an enlarged, hardened lymph-node or your mastoid bone, that for some reason became inflamed and enlarged. Get the area evaluated to be safe. best wishes.

Lump behind the ear: Hard lump behind the ear some times could be a cyst tightly filled with fluid or could be a lymphnode. I do not think migraine is related the lump. Physical exam and may even biopsy will be necessary to get the diagnosis.
