Often times this: is a normal variation..none of us are perfectly symmetrical and if you compare the right side of your face to the left, or your right hand to your left, you will see they are different: larger, smaller, different shape, etc. But sometimes the larger size of the mastoid indicates infection that has spread from the ear. Usually there would be significant associated pain. Consult your Doctor with ?'s
