Advise your: podiatrist or orthopedic surgeon so that worsening condition can be reassessed.

See podiatrist. : Truth be told your symptoms are inconsistent with plantar fasciitis. They're the opposite of what we would expect. As such I think an evaluation by a podiatrist would be wise.
