Where exactly : Do they ache? And how or why has plantar fascitiis been ruled out?

Biomechanics: The biomechanics of standing and walking are so different. With standing there is constant pressure on the joints and tendons and if you have flat feet or high arched feet the joints/ligaments/ tendons begin to feel the strain. With walking they are constantly getting a rest with the non-weight bearing phase of gait.
