How long?: It should be ok after a few days to a week if you feel up to it but what did the doctor who did the procedure say?

Depends: It depends on several factors, including how much sedation you required, what the findings were, and what your medical condition is, but generally most patients are able to resume exercise the following day. You should speak to your gastroenterologist after the procedure. Good luck.
