Not unreasonable.: Strep infections can hit us pretty hard. Just stay in touch with your prescribing practitioner if you're not getting better. Assuming you're on an antibiotic, strep can sometimes be resistant to a given antibiotic so if you're not improved after a few days of use you may need a different antibiotic.

Be seen: You sure would want to be seen to make sure it is nothing more serious this time like sepsis (bacteria in your blood stream) or even rheumatic fever (sometimes associated with strep infection).
