Need more info: It may be because of the rich foods you are now eating or because of rapid change in your diet for Ramadan. Your intestines may be having a hard time digesting all that protein and that will cause excess gas. Cut down on all the protein, try an over the counter product called Gas-X. Chew your food well and drink a lot of water. You might also want to apply a soothing ointment to the rectum.
