Its ramadan so i am fasting &i train just before sunset for an hour of walking. after i break my fasting on soup &fruits,i train in weightlifting.i drink loads of water around 4 litres but still i am constipated.my diet is staked with protein?

Ramadan Kareem. You just have to add more fiber in your diet and my be cut down little bit of protein. Try "P" fruits, Pears, Peaches, Plums, Prunes, eat with skin and Pineapple without skin, also add Lettuce, cucumbers, carrots in your diet. Have a blessed Ramadan. Good Luck.
