Need more info : Where on the body do the symptoms occur or where does the 'shock' originate/ radiate to? Is the 'electrical shock' initiated by any particular movement? The sensation of an electrical shock can reflect an ailment however it would depend on where and when the symptoms occur, as some symptoms would be less worrisome than others.
