Can lhermitte sign be felt every time neck is bent down...or could you just feel it three-four times in a day???and could it be positional...that only when you're sitting say crouched and then bend your head you feel any sensation???

May be due to hyperexcitability/ compression which is more variable and positional or demyelination May also be associated with B12 deficiency so if vegetarian would check B12 . F/u/ w/ neurology to determine the cause and treatment if it can mitigated .
