Blisters: Probably not hand foot and mouth disease. Could b different viral eruption, contact dermatitis...How old is patient?

Probably not: Hfm disease is characterized by blisters that are easily noticeable on the hands and feet, especially on the soles and palms. Blistery lesions inside mouth often make shallow ulcers.

Unlikely: Hfm syndrome can be quite diverse.Variation can range from no outbreak or fever at all to significant blistering in h/f/m/anal &up the legs &arms.Isolated lesions on the legs & arms without the typical grayish oval lesions on the back of the hands or feet likely represent something else.
