I recently had an mri with the results facet hypertrophy at the lumbosacral junction and clips in the gull bladder fossa. can u please explain?

The facet: joints are small joints that articulate the posterior vertebra with one another. "Facet hypertrophy" means degenerative arthritis of these joints. The lumbosacral junction is the junction between the last lumbar vertebra(L5) and the first sacral vertebra(S1). "Clips" in the gallbladder fossa means surgical clips or staples, so you must have had your gallbladder surgically removed in the past.
